Dave's Country Music

"Songs from the heart"

Choosing very carefully the people around him, who with their joint talents, would create recordings that would reflect just what he wanted to say in his music. We think Dave was extremely successful in this aim as listening to his albums show.

Hear for yourself how Dave puts himself into every song he sings, whether his own compositions or those of other songwriters.

"God Bless the boys who make the noise"
I would like to take this opportunity to thank, from the bottom of my heart, all the wonderful musicians and backing singers who contributed their own special talent to these albums, by taking an idea and reaching into their souls for the magic and music within.

"I Never Stay In One Place For Too Long"
Dave started recording the first Album on the 15th June 1978 in Hillbrow Johannesburg at Emcee Studios... the final mix was completed on the 30th March 1979. And was... pure "Country!"
"More Than That"
Dave's second Album recorded with CTV Music Team.
It was co-produced by Dave and contained more of his own original material.
"She's In Love"
This Album was compiled and produced by internationally acclaimed song writer Terry Dempsey with songs from Terry, Les Reed and other world class writers. Although more ballad than Country, an album with timeless appeal.
